As long ago as Matt was able to hold a pencil he has been creating art in some form or another. Born in Ontario, Canada, Matt has previously worked in many different mediums such as ceramics and painting before falling in love with glass. Matt originally attended Sheridan College in Oakville with the intention of studying animation but once he stepped foot into the glass studio he realized that this was the medium best able to express his ideas. Upon Graduation from Sheridan he intends to continue painting and making glass and plans to open his own studio in the near future.
